GO Smile Scholarship
We provide scholarships for free treatment for up to five people a year. This is done through a nomination process.
We accept nominations from patients, parents of patients, community members, youth leaders, school teachers, etc. While this is a free service we offer, one must meet and keep certain expectations (have a financial need, good hygiene, excellent cooperation, and keep appointments).

Community Celebrations
We participate in and support the different community celebrations around Cache Valley.
School Fundraisers
We donate goods, time, and sponsorships to many local schools. Want us to donate to your school? Fill out a form at our office’s front desk, and we’ll happily donate.
Youth Sports Mouthguards
We provide free custom mouthguards to local sports teams and high schools. We have colors for all the high schools.
If you have a specific team you would like to order for, let us know, and we can order a color for your team. Call to schedule an appointment for a scan of your teeth, and we will have the mouthguard for you within a week.
4H & FFA Fair Projects
We love all that the fair and the youth projects represent. Each year we support and boost over 50 animals.
